Pashinyan dismisses rumors of Trump’s son canceling visit to Yerevan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has denied reports alleging that the son of US President Donald Trump canceled his anticipated visit to Yerevan.
Speaking at a briefing, Pashinyan emphasized that the Armenian government had made no such announcement, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.
“We never made any such statement. Whoever claimed this should be the one to explain it. We heard about it just as you did,” the prime minister said.
The comments came in response to a report by the Armenian newspaper Graparak, which claimed that Donald Trump’s son had been scheduled to travel to Yerevan but that the trip was later called off.
No official confirmation or details regarding the supposed visit have been provided by US or Armenian officials.
