29 August 2025 11:24

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has dismissed Liparit Drmeyan, who served as head of the Office for International Legal Affairs.

According to Caliber.Az, citing Armenian media, the official decision has been published on the Armenian government’s website.

The announcement reads: “Guidance on Part 13 of Article 9 of the RA Law ‘On Public Service’. Liparit Drmeyan has been dismissed from his position as head of the office of the representative of the Prime Minister's Office on international legal issues.”

Armenian media reports note that the position of the Prime Minister’s representative on international legal matters has been vacant since March 6, following the dismissal of Yeghishe Kirakosyan.

In the interim, Drmeyan had been exercising the responsibilities of the role as head of the office.
