Pashinyan warns against violence after Washington event shooting incident
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has commented on the shooting at a White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in Washington, stressing that democratic societies must not tolerate violence.
“Glad to hear President Donald Trump, the First Lady, the Vice President, & other attendees are safe & strong after disturbing shooting incident at White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Violence has no place in our democratic societies. Wishing the President of the United States continued well-being amid today’s challenges,” he wrote on the social media platform X.
