Pezeshkian engages in high-level calls with Pakistani and Malaysian PMs

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian held telephone conversations with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

“In my conversations with the prime ministers of Malaysia and Pakistan on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, and while emphasising Iran’s commitment to diplomacy, I expressed gratitude for Malaysia’s humanitarian stance, as well as Pakistan’s initiative and effective efforts to reach an agreement. Iran’s policy is to expand cooperation with Muslim and neighbouring countries in all areas,” Pezeshkian wrote on the social media platform X.
