PM Pashinyan hands out instructions to Armenian intelligence leadership
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with the leadership and staff of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, Pashinyan was presented with the progress of the formation of the new department and the program of its activities for 2024, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.
"The participants of the meeting exchanged views on topical issues, as well as on the tasks to be solved by the service.
Prime Minister gave a number of instructions to the heads of the department," the statement reads.
It should be noted that the Foreign Intelligence Service of Armenia was established in December 2022 (part of its functions were transferred to it by the National Security Service). The new agency is headed by Kristinne Grigoryan, former Ombudsman of the Republic.
