Poll: Majority of Armenians disapprove of Pashinyan’s liturgies participation

More than half of Armenia’s residents disapprove of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s participation in religious services conducted with defrocked priests, according to new polling data released by MPG/Gallup International Association.
The telephone survey, carried out between November 27 and December 5 with 1,001 respondents, found that 39.3 per cent of those surveyed held a completely negative view of the prime minister’s participation, while an additional 11.1 per cent viewed it somewhat negatively, Caliber.Az reports.
In contrast, 23.4 per cent expressed a completely positive opinion, and 13.7 per cent viewed it somewhat positively. Another 12.6 per cent said they were unsure or unable to answer.
