President Erdogan: Reason for Azerbaijan's long-lasting occupation lies in silence of some countries
"The reason for the years-lasting occupation of our Azerbaijani brothers' lands lies in the silence of some countries".
According to Report, Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan gave this statement at the opening ceremony of the Agri-Hamur-Tutak-Patnos road on December 1.
The opening of the Zangazur corridor will increase the importance of Agri city, Erdogan said, adding that “the problem of terror prevented Türkiye from using its resources. This period is already over", as Trend reported.
Caliber.Az recalls, that the city of Aghri is the capital of the eastern Turkish province which goes by the same name, located close to the country’s borders with Iran and Armenia. It is named after the Aghri Mountain which is a snow-capped compound volcano that erects right at the border of Türkiye with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Iran and Armenia.
