Putin-Fidan dialogue includes gas talks, Kremlin confirms

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan touched upon the gas issue “to some extent” during their conversation, said Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson.

Peskov affirmed the topic’s inclusion in the discussions, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

“In a way, yes. Absolutely,” he stated when asked whether the gas issue was addressed during the meeting.

Earlier reports indicated that President Putin received Foreign Minister Fidan at the Kremlin on May 26 evening during his official visit to Moscow.
