Putin’s envoy claims Kaja Kallas “succeeded in annoying everyone”
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s special representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Kirill Dmitriev, has said that EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas “succeeded in annoying everyone”.
According to Caliber.Az, Dmitriev made the remark in a post on X, commenting on a Financial Times report citing sources that EU member states are considering a possible overhaul of the European External Action Service (EEAS) amid concerns over its effectiveness.

The FT report said European capitals are weighing options that could involve reducing the powers of the EEAS and its leadership under Kallas, and transferring some diplomatic functions back to individual member states.
