Putin votes remotely in Russia’s parliamentary elections

Russian President Vladimir Putin has cast his ballot remotely in the elections for the State Duma, Kommersant reports.

The elections for members to the ninth State Duma began in Russia on September 18 and will run through September 20.

Polling stations are open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time throughout the three-day voting period.
