Romania reiterates its support for Ukraine as long as needed

Romania will support Ukraine as long as it needs to win. 

Romanian Foreign Minister Bogdan Aurescu made the statement, quoted by Capital.

Aurescu recently attended an informal meeting of foreign ministers in Gimnice.

During the meeting, the officials discussed the 11th package of sanctions against Russia, as well as sanctions targeting Moldova's oligarchs.

During the event, the Romanian minister expressed support for the 11th package of sanctions against Russia, stressing that it should be adopted as soon as possible and should be very serious.

"I reiterate Romania's strong support for increasing and expanding, as far as necessary, support for Ukraine in order to win this war and inflict a strategic defeat on Russia," the minister said.
