Russia downs Ukrainian aircraft and destroys foreign missiles

Russian air defence forces intercepted and shot down a Ukrainian Yak-52 aircraft using a machine gun mount, along with 28 drones in a single day.

Additionally, Russia destroyed six American ATACMS operational-tactical missiles, two French Hammer guided bombs, and seven HIMARS missiles, which are of US origin, Caliber.Az reports citing the Russian Defence Ministry.

On July 15, Russia intercepted and destroyed 13 Ukrainian drones over Russian territories, with nine of them brought down over the Rostov region using air defence systems. Additionally, one UAV was shot down over the Belgorod region, one over the Kursk region, one over the Voronezh region, and another over the Black Sea.
