Russia outlaws Meduza news portal

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has declared the Meduza investigative news portal (SIA “Medusa Project”, recognized as a foreign agent by the Ministry of Justice) an undesirable organization.

Meduza’s activities “pose a threat to the foundations of the Russian Federation’s constitutional order and national security”, the office wrote on the Telegram channel.
