Russia pledges stable coal, oil, and gas supplies to Vietnam
Russia is ready to remain a reliable supplier of all types of energy resources to Vietnam, even amid turbulence in international markets.
Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said this at the opening of the Russia–Vietnam Business Forum in Moscow, as reported by TASS.
“Amid turbulence in international markets and unpredictable changes in trade regimes, we are ready to remain a faithful, most reliable partner with transparent terms of cooperation [for Vietnam]. Looking ahead, Russia is prepared to be a dependable supplier of all energy types—coal, oil, and gas,” he said.
Chernyshenko added that Russia is also ready to supply agricultural products, meat, wheat, fertilisers, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, and polymer products.
“I would note that Russian products have already proven themselves in the Vietnamese market,” the Vice Prime Minister added.
