Russia reports shooting down 90 Ukrainian drones overnight

Russia’s Defence Ministry said its air-defence systems destroyed 90 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones overnight, reporting interceptions across a wide stretch of the country.

According to the ministry, 63 drones were shot down over the Bryansk region, marking the largest concentration of attempted strikes.

Additional interceptions were recorded over several other regions: eight over Yaroslavl, four in the Moscow region, three each over Smolensk and Tver, and three more over the Black Sea.

Air-defence systems also downed two drones over both Tambov and Tula regions, while single drones were intercepted over Oryol and Rostov regions.
