Russia's Bryansk faces blackouts following Ukrainian missile strike

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have reportedly carried out a missile strike targeting critical energy infrastructure in Russia’s Bryansk region. The attack damaged the Klintsovskaya thermal power plant and the Naytopovichskaya electrical substation.
Governor Alexander Bogomaz reported via his Telegram channel that the strike caused power outages affecting more than 70,000 residents across two municipalities.
Bogomaz did not provide details regarding any casualties. He noted that emergency repair and restoration teams are working at the damaged sites and reassured residents that the situation remains under control.
