Russia’s Red Wings maintains flights to Tel Aviv Amid Middle East tensions
Russian Red Wings Airlines continues to operate its flights to Tel Aviv as scheduled, a representative of the company said.
The airline remains focused on adhering to official documents from aviation authorities and may adjust its flight program if advised by regulators, Caliber.Az reports citing Russian media.
Currently, Red Wings is the sole Russian airline maintaining direct flights from Moscow to Tel Aviv. Additionally, Red Wings and Azimut offer direct flights from Sochi to the Israeli capital.
In contrast, several international airlines have suspended their flights to Israel and Lebanon due to escalating tensions in the Middle East. Affected carriers include Air India, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines.
