Russia says 146 Ukrainian drones shot down in one day

Russian air defence systems intercepted a total of 146 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones over the past 24 hours, the country’s Ministry of Defence said.

"Air defence systems have shot down 146 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry stated on Telegram, Caliber.Az reports.

The announcement comes hours after the ministry reported the downing of 24 Ukrainian drones overnight in a wave of attempted attacks across four regions, including Bryansk, Rostov, Kaluga, and Smolensk. No casualties or damage have been reported.
