Russian air forces neutralize five Ukrainian drones across different regions

Overnight operations by Russian air defence forces resulted in the successful interception and destruction of five unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) operated by Ukraine.

Russian Defence Ministry confirmed that on-duty air defence systems were responsible for neutralizing these drones, Caliber.Az reports.

Specifically, two drones were intercepted over the Bryansk region, two more over the Smolensk region, and one additional UAV was destroyed over the waters of the Sea of Azov.

The ministry, detailed the defencive actions taken against these aerial threats.

The interceptions highlight ongoing tensions in the region, where UAVs have played a significant role in reconnaissance and tactical operations.
