Russian, Armenian PMs meet ahead of EAEU council session in Kyrgyzstan
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan exchanged brief remarks ahead of the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Kyrgyzstan on August 7.
The meeting of the heads of government of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is being held at the Cholpon-Ata state residence, where an expanded session of the council got underway, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
Mishustin and Pashinyan arrived at the convention centre together in an electric vehicle and were seen engaged in conversation before the meeting.
Upon arrival, the two prime ministers joined other delegation leaders for the traditional group photograph before proceeding to the council session.
The Eurasian Intergovernmental Council brings together the prime ministers of EAEU member states to discuss regional economic cooperation and integration.
