Russian FSB thwarts terror plot at Krasnodar police university

Russian security services have prevented a terrorist attack allegedly planned by Ukrainian intelligence at the training base of the Krasnodar branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs University, the regional FSB office reported to TASS.

According to authorities, a local resident was manipulated into carrying out the attack through a phone scam. The individual has been arrested, and the FSB is continuing its investigation.
