Russian MFA summons Norwegian envoy over citizens' arrest

The Norwegian ambassador to Russia has been summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry because of the arrest of Russian citizens in the country.

The protest was expressed to the ambassador about the inadmissibility of such practices, Caliber.Az reports, citing the ministry.
