Russian military commissar found dead

Regional authorities in Russia's Primorye region have confirmed the death of Roman Malyk, the military commissar of Partizansk, Partizansky, and Lazovsky districts. 

"We deeply regret to inform you that on the evening of October 14, the military commissar of the city of Partizansk, Partizansky, and Lazovsky districts Roman Malyk tragically passed away," reads the message of the administration of the Partizansky district on Telegram.

In connection with the military commissar's death, the administration expressed its condolences to his family and friends.
