Russian Northern Fleet ships out to solve Arctic problems

The ships of the Northern Fleet Vice-Admiral Kulakov, Aleksandr Otrakovsky, the tugboat Altai, and the tanker Sergey Osipov set out to solve problems of the Arctic.

According to TASS, the MiG-31 fighter-interceptor air group also performs the tasks of air defense duty, air reconnaissance, and cover for troops and forces operating in the Arctic zone.
