Russian official dismisses impact of F-16s on Ukraine war efforts

Russian President’s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has said that possible deliveries of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine will not become a panacea for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

They will be systematically destroyed and will not affect the course of the conflict significantly, he said, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

"There is no 'magic pill' here, there is no panacea. The armed forces of the Kyiv regime will not have this panacea, they should be aware of that. These aircraft will appear, their number will gradually decrease, they will be shot down and destroyed, but of course, these supplies will not be able to have any significant impact on the dynamics of developments on the front," he said.
