Russian president’s special envoy to visit Azerbaijan Ahead of COP29

Boris Titov, Russian president’s special envoy for relations with international organizations to achieve sustainable development goals, is set to visit Azerbaijan on July 12-15.

The working visit is part of the preparations for the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, scheduled to be held in Baku this November, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

During his visit, Titov is scheduled to meet with Azerbaijani top officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Ali Ahmadov, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, and Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev.
