Russian security services nab Moldovan spy in Moscow

Russian authorities have arrested a Moldovan intelligence agent in Moscow who was reportedly carrying out activities detrimental to Russia’s national security.

The Federal Security Service (FSB) said the agent was apprehended during an operation that uncovered correspondence with a colleague in Moldova’s intelligence services, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.

A criminal case has been opened, and the suspect could face up to eight years in prison.
