Russian, Turkish diplomats discuss Middle East crisis management

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin has met with Turkish Foreign Ministry Director General for the Middle East and North Africa Can Dizdar and Turkish Ambassador to Moscow Mehmet Samsar.

They discussed crisis settlement in the Middle East and North Africa region at a meeting in Moscow on March 22, TASS reports.

"During the talks, they discussed ways to step up cooperation between Russia and Türkiye on a range of issues on the UN agenda, as well as in the settlement of crisis situations in the Middle East and North Africa in accordance with the internationally recognized legal framework," the Russian Foreign Ministry in a statement.
