Ship traffic through Strait of Hormuz totals 54 vessels over one week

A total of 54 vessels transited the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz between April 20 and 26, according to maritime traffic monitoring data.

Daily traffic varied significantly, with the highest number of movements recorded on April 20, when 13 vessels passed through the narrow waterway. The lowest activity was observed on April 26, with just four ships transiting the strait, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.

The data also indicated a continued pattern in vessel movement, with most ships traveling from west to east—exiting the Strait of Hormuz toward the Gulf of Oman.
