Soldier in critical condition after incident at Armenian military unit

A 24-year-old contract soldier was taken to a military hospital in Yerevan in extremely serious condition following an incident at one of Armenia’s military units.

The incident occurred on the evening of February 5. According to preliminary information, the soldier was severely beaten at the unit and transported to the hospital unconscious. Doctors are currently fighting for his life, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media. 

The Ministry of Defense has not issued any official statement regarding the incident.
