Students of Karabakh University to receive scholarship Azerbaijani deputy minister says

Deputy Minister of Science and Education Idris Isayev said that students of Karabakh University in Khankendi will receive a scholarship.

A dormitory is also provided for students of Karabakh University, Isayev told Report.

“It is planned that 70 people will work at the higher educational institution. The university will have several academic buildings. At the initial stage, students will study at the expense of the state. Karabakh University will teach 20 specialties at the bachelor’s level,” he added.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on establishing Karabakh University in Khankendi city on November 28, 2023.
