Tasnim: Iran used new explosive warheads in missile strikes

Iran has used missiles equipped with new types of explosive warheads in its recent attacks, according to Tasnim news agency.

The agency noted that the type of explosive used in Iranian missile warheads has changed and that the latest strikes differ from those carried out during the 12-day June war in both scale and quality.

The report also stated that a 500-kilogram warhead used in the recent attacks is equivalent in effect to the previous one-ton warheads.
