Putin "shouldn't be close to Poland”: Trump on Russian drone incursions VIDEO
US President Donald Trump has warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin should not approach Poland in the context of his drone and missile attacks.
According to Caliber.Az, Trump made the comments in response to questions about how the United States might react to Russian drones entering Polish territory, including whether sanctions could be imposed.

"They were actually knocked down... but he shouldn't be close to Poland anyway," Trump said.
Moreover, Trump said his patience with Putin was “running out fast” and threatened Moscow with new economic sanctions as ceasefire efforts with Ukraine stalled.
“It’ll be hitting very hard on with sanctions to banks and having to do with oil and tariffs also,” Trump said.
Trump noted he had already “done a lot” to punish Russia, citing expanded tariffs on India for buying Russian energy, and added that “this is a Europe problem, much more than our problem.”
"But I've already done it. I've done a lot," Trump said, noting that India - one of the biggest buyers of Russian oil - was facing a 50% tariff on its exports to the U.S.
On the night of September 9–10, Poland’s military reported destroying several drones that violated its airspace, with Prime Minister Tusk later confirming 19 airspace violations had been recorded overnight. The scale of the attack prompted Poland to request NATO consultations under Article 4 of the alliance’s founding treaty.
Moscow has denied targeting Polish territory. The Russian Ministry of Defence said its forces carried out strikes against defence industry facilities in western Ukraine that night but insisted “strikes on targets in Poland were not planned.”
