Three people were injured, and multiple buildings were damaged in Russian drone attacks over the past 24 hours in the Mykolaiv region, according to Ukraine’s emergency authorities.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said the strikes hit residential areas and energy infrastructure, triggering fires and causing widespread damage.
“A 35-year-old man was hospitalised with shrapnel wounds, while two other women received assistance on site due to severe stress. Due to Russian strikes and falling debris, fires broke out at energy facilities and in residential buildings. Three apartment buildings, two private houses, and six vehicles were damaged,” the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said in a statement.
Emergency crews responded to fires at both energy facilities and residential buildings following the attacks, which were also caused by falling drone debris.
