Top Russian, Iranian diplomats address regional instability in latest call

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi to discuss developments on the international agenda, according to Iran’s Foreign Ministry.

In a statement, the ministry said the two officials reviewed recent regional and global developments during the call, Caliber.Az reports.

“Abbas Araghchi held a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. They discussed developments in the region and in the world. Further details will be announced later,” the Iranian Foreign Ministry noted.
