Tourist bus crash in Türkiye leaves more than 15 injured PHOTO
A road accident involving a tourist bus occurred on the 45th kilometre of the Aksaray–Nevşehir highway in Türkiye, leaving 16 people injured.
The bus, travelling from Istanbul to the Cappadocia region, crashed due to a slippery road surface after rainfall, according to Turkish media.
Preliminary reports indicate that the vehicle lost control, hit a central barrier, and veered into the opposite lane.

There were 45 passengers, two drivers, and one attendant on board. As a result of the incident, 16 people sustained minor injuries.
Police, gendarmerie, medical teams, and fire services were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to hospitals in Aksaray and Nevşehir, while the remaining passengers continued their journey on another bus. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
