Traffic limited on border of Russian Lipetsk, Voronezh regions Operational headquarters deployed
Governor of Russia’s Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov has said that traffic along the M-4 Don highway was blocked on the border of the Lipetsk and Voronezh regions, which led to a traffic jam.
“Traffic along the M-4 highway was blocked on the border of the Lipetsk and Voronezh regions. This, as expected, caused congestion. In the Khlevensky district, we quickly deployed an operational headquarters, organized the supply of water and food to the place of overlap. Drivers are notified in advance of the traffic restriction and are asked to leave the highway,” the governor wrote on his Telegram channel, TASS reports.
According to Artamonov, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the police work clearly and harmoniously. “At 06:00 am, the traffic jam was reduced from 3 km to 1,” Artamonov added.
"Anyone who resists, we will consider it a threat - and destroy them immediately. Including any roadblocks in our way. I ask everyone to remain calm, not to give in to provocations, stay in their homes. Preferably stay indoors along our route," he said.
"There are 25,000 of us and we are going to find out why there is lawlessness in the country. The 25,000 are waiting as a tactical reserve, while the strategic reserve is the entire army and the entire country. Everyone who wants to join in. We must put an end to this outrage," Prigozhin said.
