Tragic crash in Kazakhstan: One dead, two injured VIDEO

A multi-vehicle collision involving seven cars on a highway in Kazakhstan’s Akmola region has left one person dead and two others injured, local authorities report.

The accident occurred on December 13 along the Astana–Ereymentau–Shiderty road, near kilometre markers 94–95, in the direction of Pavlodar, Caliber.Az reports, citing Kazakh media.

According to the regional police department, preliminary information indicates that two individuals sustained injuries of varying severity and were taken to hospital, while one passenger died at the scene.

Authorities have launched a pre-trial investigation into the incident, with further procedural decisions to follow based on its findings.
