Training aircraft crashes in Türkiye's İzmir, killing pilot

A training aircraft crashed in the Torbalı district of İzmir, according to the Turkish newspaper Türkiye Gazetesi.

Numerous firefighters and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

The pilot trainee, Berfu Hatıoğlu, died in the accident.
