Truck collides with bus in Moscow, eight injured VIDEO

As many as eight people have been injured after a truck collided with a passenger bus on Leninsky Prospekt in Moscow, according to emergency services.

The incident involved a bus operating on route M8, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.

All injured passengers were taken to local hospitals for medical assessment, though none sustained life-threatening injuries. 

The severity of their injuries is still being determined.

Preliminary reports suggest the truck driver failed to give way while exiting a side road, leading to the collision. Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.

Eyewitnesses have shared footage from the scene, which shows the aftermath of the collision.
