Turkish Airlines to boost Tbilisi–Istanbul flights to 37 weekly

Turkish Airlines will increase flights between Tbilisi and Istanbul to 37 per week from summer 2026, expanding its presence in Georgia, Caliber.Az reported, citing Georgian media.

Kenan Ince, the airline’s regional director, said the carrier will introduce a sixth daily flight on the route for the first time.

He added that Turkish Airlines plans to further expand operations in both Tbilisi and Batumi.

“Despite regional challenges, geopolitical uncertainty and unstable fuel prices, we maintain mobility, respond quickly to market demand and continue development,” Ince said.
