Turkish Armed Forces receive modernized M60T tanks

M60T tanks equipped with the most advanced technologies under the TİYK-M60T project have been included in the Turkish Armed Forces.

TİYK-M60T Projesi kapsamında teslimatlar başladı. Proje ile İsrail üretimi atış kontrol sistemine olan bağımlılık sonlandırıldı.

ASELSAN VOLKAN-M Atış Kontrol Sistemi ve Roketsan İlave Zırh Sistemi devreye alındı.

According to the post, thanks to the TİYK-M60T project, the dependence on the Israeli-made fire control system ended. The ASELSAN VOLKAN-M fire control system and the Roketsan additional armor protection system have been put into operation. ASELSAN also integrated many domestic systems into the M-60T under the FIRAT-M60T project.
