Turkish diplomat: Platform should be created for Russia-Ukraine talks

Turkish Presidential Spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin has said that one of the ways for Russia and Ukraine to negotiate is to create a platform based on an agreement on the Ukrainian grain supply.

"Russia should stop attacks on Ukrainian cities to resume negotiations. A clear understanding and voluntary consent from both sides are required. Ankara is making great efforts for Moscow and Kyiv to understand this," TRT Haber quotes Kalin as saying.
