Turkish F-16 strike neutralises PKK terrorists in Northern Iraq Operation Video
The Turkish Air Force has successfully neutralized nine PKK terrorists in northern Iraq following an airstrike with a Turkish F-16 fighter jet. The operation took place in the Gara and Hakurk regions, areas known for PKK terrorist activity.
The Turkish Ministry of National Defense confirmed the strike in a social media post, emphasizing the continued commitment of the Turkish Armed Forces to counterterrorism operations. According to the ministry, the airstrike was part of a broader effort to eliminate terrorist threats to national security, Caliber.Az reports.

"The Turkish Armed Forces are not giving terrorists a chance to breathe!" the statement read, underlining the effectiveness of Türkiye’s ongoing operations in the region. The statement further reiterated that Türkiye would continue to target and neutralize terrorist organizations threatening its security.
The Turkish military has carried out numerous airstrikes in northern Iraq over recent years, targeting PKK bases and training camps. This latest strike highlights the ongoing determination of Türkiye’s forces in their fight against terrorism.
