Turkish, Iranian presidents meet in Tehran VIDEO
An official meeting ceremony was held for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Tehran on July 19.
The Turkish president was met by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in Sadabad Palace, according to Anadolu Agency.
The national anthems of the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran were played.
The President of Türkiye welcomed the formation of the guard of honour.
Then the heads of state started talks in a narrow format.
The Turkish delegation includes Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Minister of Treasury and Finance Nureddin Nebati, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez, Minister of Youth and Sports Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoglu, Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş, Minister Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank, Head of the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) Hakan Fidan, Head of the Office of Communications of the Presidential Administration Fahrettin Altun and Presidential Press Secretary Ibrahim Kalın.
