Turkish, Russian presidents to discuss issue related to prisoners of war

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that the exchange of prisoners of war has been discussed at a meeting among the leaders of Türkiye, Ukraine and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres in Lviv city.

“The Turkish president also intends to discuss the results of today's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin,” APA's correspondent reports from Istanbul referring to the Turkish president’s message made at a press conference after the meeting in Lviv.

President Erdogan noted that 98 trucks with humanitarian aid were sent from Türkiye to Ukraine, about 325,000 Ukrainians were accepted for temporary stay in the country.
