Turkish security forces launch major terrorist crackdown 179 suspects nabbed / VIDEO
As part of the fight against terrorism, Operation Bozdoğan-1 was carried out in 22 provinces across Türkiye.
Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced the detention of 179 suspects on his page on social network X, per Caliber.Az.

"In simultaneous operations conducted by the provincial police departments of Adana, Antalya, Aydın, Istanbul, İzmir, Kars, Mersin, Osmaniye, Ardahan, Batman, Bursa, Bitlis, Diyarbakır, Düzce, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kırşehir, Manisa, Muş, Şırnak, Uşak and Van, 179 suspected members of a separatist terrorist organisation were detained under the leadership of the Anti-Terrorism Department of the General Directorate of Security.
The operations resulted in the seizure of unlicensed pistols, numerous banned publications and digital materials. It was found that the suspects were acting in the so-called youth structure of the organisation and were propagating the terrorist organisation on social networks," the statement said.
