Türkiye-Azerbaijan relations serve as role model for world Committee chairman of Grand National Assembly says
Fuat Oktay, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, described the relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan as a role model for the world.
Speaking to reporters, Oktay emphasized that the bonds between the two nations have been further solidified through the Shusha Declaration, highlighting the strength of the bilateral cooperation, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
He noted that Türkiye and Azerbaijan have consistently supported each other through both joyous and challenging times, underscoring the enduring solidarity between the two countries.
“As members of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, we are participating in the upcoming event in Baku with a delegation representing all political parties. Türkiye and Azerbaijan have always stood side by side, sharing both joyful and sorrowful moments.
Our bilateral relations, which began in 1918, have seen us witness each other’s happiest and most challenging times. Today, Azerbaijan is a growing nation, and we are confident it will continue to thrive in the future.
The relations between our countries, further strengthened by the Shusha Declaration, serve as an example to the world,” the Turkish MP noted.
