Türkiye completely fills underground storage facilities with gas

Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez has said that Türkiye has completed preparation for winter by completely filling underground storage facilities with natural gas.

“The last preparation before winter has been completed. Our underground natural gas storage facilities in Silivri and Lake Tuz are full,” Caliber.Az reports referring to Donmez’s message on Twitter on September 30.

Ankara stated that it does not expect the situation to worsen in terms of energy as Türkiye does not have problems with the supply of natural gas from Russia.
