Russia equips its Aerospace Forces withaerospace new Su-35S fighter jets

The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of the Rostec State Corporation, has delivered another batch of Su-35S multirole fighter jets to the Russian Aerospace Forces.

Rostec announced the handover on its official Telegram channel, Caliber.Az reports.

“UAC has delivered another batch of new Su-35S multirole fighter jets to the Russian Aerospace Forces. The 4++ generation aircraft underwent a full cycle of factory testing, were accepted by the technical staff, and tested in various operating modes by pilots of the Russian Defence Ministry,” the statement said.

Rostec Executive Director Oleg Yevtushenko described the aircraft as one of the most advanced in its class.

“The Su-35S is one of the most highly effective combat aircraft in the world. It is equipped with long-range air-to-air and air-to-surface guided missiles, as well as onboard electronic warfare and defence systems and other advanced avionics, making the fighter a true menace for the enemy,” Yevtushenko noted.
